First published in 1970 by the Public Works Industry Improvement Program, our Standards Specification Manual has received wide acceptance throughout Wisconsin. Over the years, the publication has become a definitive resource for every municipal and consulting engineer & Public Works Contractor, as well as equipment and material suppliers.
