WUCA maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with Operating Engineers Local Union 139 and Wisconsin Laborers Local 113 through established collective bargaining agreements. These agreements ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and comprehensive benefits for union members while promoting a harmonious and productive work environment. By partnering with these unions, WUCA supports skilled labor and fosters mutual growth, stability, and shared success within the construction industry in Wisconsin. As a result of WUCA's collective bargaining agreements, contractors are obligated to contribute to the Issues Improvement Program or the Contractor Administration Fund an hourly rate as defined by the agreement. These contributions support industry-related initiatives, enhance labor-management relations, and fund the administration of the collective bargaining agreements, ensuring their effective implementation and ongoing development.
